An examination, made by a special commission valued by the virtue of current owner and the contribution of the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the province of Sondrio, thanks also to the original documentation provided, sets up a collective brand and its specifications that regulates this kind of preserves.
Today we use this brand, that validly promotes and continues the tradition of our business, even with similar companies established in Valtellina.
